Objective:

The Research and Technology department oversees research activities aimed at developing market-driven and knowledge-based products. The R&D; Team Leader will head a dedicated research team, spearheading recent product development (NPD) from concept to commercialization. This role focuses on driving high-impact innovation in advanced surface chemistry, polymer design, and process optimization.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & NPD: Lead, design,



and guide laboratory synthesis and formulation experiments for new surfactants and specialty chemical derivatives.
- Core Chemistry Execution: Drive research initiatives focusing on Ethoxylation, Sulfonation, Alkoxylation, and Organic Synthesis.
- Specialized Product Development: Spearhead the design, characterization, and synthesis of Polymeric Surfactants and Polymeric Dispersants.
- Concept to Plant Scale: Oversee tech-transfer validation, application testing, and analytical method development to ensure robust product commercialization on a plant scale.
- Process & Manufacturing Excellence: Support plant process improvements and efficiency optimization for ethoxylation, sulfonation, and antioxidant manufacturing streams.
- Quality & Characterization: Interpret advanced surface chemistry metrics and analytical data to ensure all newly developed products seamlessly align with internal and international quality standards.
