What you'll do:
- Identify and research potential client companies (hiring triggers, funding news, expansion signals)
- Build and maintain lead lists across sectors
- Assist with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Support the sales pipeline and CRM/tracker hygiene
- Work directly with founders to shape outreach strategy
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable with outbound outreach
- Interest in startups, sales, recruitment-tech, or B2B GTM
- Students/freshers welcome no prior experience mandatory
- MBA in sales/ Marketing is preferred.
