Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Seeburger, OIC, EDI specialist based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves designing, implementing,



and maintaining EDI integrations using Seeburger and related middleware tools, ensuring accurate and timely electronic data exchange between ESSPL and client systems. The specialist will handle day-to-day monitoring of EDI transactions, investigating errors, performing troubleshooting, and coordinating resolution with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, configuring workflows, and supporting onboarding of new trading partners. The role also requires collaborating with customer service and operations teams to address client queries, optimize EDI performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of integration standards and best practices.
