We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other assurance engagements while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.

Location : Pimpri, Pune

Role & responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of statutory, internal, tax, and other assurance audits.
- Perform audit procedures, testing, and documentation in accordance with firm methodologies.
- Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper audit documentation. Verify financial records, supporting documents, and internal controls. Assist in drafting audit reports, management letters, and other client deliverables.
- Conduct analytical reviews and identify potential risks or control weaknesses.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain required information and resolve audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.




- Support senior team members in special assignments and consulting engagements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with client information.

Preferred candidate profile
- Good understanding of auditing and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, RERA, GST, and related regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and audit documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
