Chief Marketing Officer — Ad Agency

Kochi, Kerala | Full-Time | Senior Role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious marketing leader who can take full ownership of our sales and growth journey.

What You'll Do
- Build and execute marketing and sales strategies from scratch
- Drive recent client acquisition and grow revenue
- Lead and inspire the sales team to perform at their best
- Handle pitches, proposals, and client closures
- Play a key role in taking the agency to the next level

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in advertising, digital marketing, or any service industry
- Someone who can think strategically and execute independently
- Proven track record of bringing in business and hitting targets
- Experience leading and mentoring a sales team
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Ambitious, accountable, and passionate about growth
