What you?ll do:

????????
Plan and conduct UX research studies from start to finish,
including exploratory, generative, and usability research for HDFC Securities
product experiences.

????????
Work closely with product managers, designers, and
researchers to understand research needs and support design improvements.

????????
Turn research findings into clear insights, recommendations,
and user stories.

????????
Use data from product analytics, past research, and user
feedback to strengthen research findings.

????????
Explore and use AI tools to make research processes faster
and improve team efficiency.

What we?re looking for:





????????
Minimum 2 years of UX research experience with digital
product teams.

????????
Bachelor?s degree in a research-related field or equivalent
work experience.

????????
Curious, analytical, and user-focused mindset

????????
Strong communication and storytelling skills

????????
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and
adjust to changing priorities.

????????
Experience with AI tools and FinTech is a plus
