Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers – Home Loan Sales to join a leading Banking/NBFC organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in home loan sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The role involves acquiring new customers, generating business through direct sales and referral channels, and ensuring a seamless loan process from application to disbursement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate Home Loan business through direct sales, referrals, and field marketing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard consultants, DSAs, builders, real estate agents, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and other referral partners.




- Build solid relationships with channel partners to generate quality leads.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the loan journey.
- Guide customers on Home Loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries.

Loan Processing
- Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Processing teams for faster approvals.
- Track applications until loan disbursement.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure complete KYC and regulatory compliance.
- Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the loan process.

Market Development
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
