We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support & After-Sales Executive to assist customers with product-related queries, installation guidance, troubleshooting, warranty claims, repairs, replacements, and other after-sales requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional support through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and a robust commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with product installation, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
- Manage after-sales cases related to repairs, warranties, replacements, returns, and missing accessories.
- Understand customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the defined timeline.
- Coordinate with the technical, warehouse, logistics, and service teams for case resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints,



follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.
- Guide customers using user manuals, videos, images, and troubleshooting instructions.
- Escalate technical or critical cases to the concerned department.
- Collect customer feedback and report recurring product issues to the management.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful approach while communicating with customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and reduce unresolved or delayed cases.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
