Job Title: Banquet Steward
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Banquet Manager / Banquet Supervisor / F&B; Manager

Job Summary

The Banquet Steward is responsible for setting up banquet venues, maintaining cleanliness, supporting food and beverage service operations, and ensuring all banquet events are executed efficiently while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls as per the event layout and function requirements.
- Arrange tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and buffet counters.
- Assist in food and beverage service during banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events.
- Ensure banquet equipment and service areas are clean, organized, and ready before each event.
- Transparent used plates, glassware, and other service items promptly during and after events.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and banquet team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with hotel SOPs and food safety regulations.




- Handle banquet equipment carefully and report any damage or maintenance issues.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and storing banquet equipment and supplies.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Follow all hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment of banquet supplies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Banquet Supervisor or F&B; Manager.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass / Intermediate (Hospitality certification is an advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience in banquet service or hotel F&B; operations.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Grooming Standards
- Well-groomed appearance with proper uniform.
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional behavior.
- Follow hotel grooming and safety standards at all times.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 per month
