Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
across multiple locations in India for a fully remote role that can be offered on a full time, part-time, or contractual based on the candidate’s preference and eligibility.

Job Summary
In the role of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant with specialization in B2C, you will be at a pivot role and responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive revenue growth, and elevate brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to o build and refine customer journeys that enhances engagement and improves campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and B2C marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams, marketing, sales, and customer service teams,



to analyze business objectives and B2C customer segments, delivering tailored marketing automation strategies.
- Deliver scalable marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, also ensuring seamless CRM integration and improving campaign efficiency.
- Tracked campaign performance and used analytics to refine marketing strategies, improving overall results and customer engagement.
- Assist team on best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and B2C marketing ongoing developments.
- Work in collaboration with technical teams to support data integration, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate customer data.
- Work closely and in collaboration with IT teams to establish security policies, configure IP warming and whitelisting, and maintain compliance with email regulations.
