Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated EdTech Sales Associate with strong relationships across engineering colleges, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), professors, and academic institutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the EdTech or software training industry and be passionate about building partnerships, promoting educational initiatives, and driving student engagement.

Key Responsibilities




- Build and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, professors, and engineering colleges.
- Promote ConsTruWX programs, competitions, campus ambassador initiatives, webinars, and career-focused activities.
- Onboard colleges and students to the ConsTruWX platform.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with colleges and academic institutions.
- Generate leads through your existing network and develop new institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement.
- Maintain a pipeline of colleges, student registrations, and partnership activities.
- Achieve monthly outreach and onboarding targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, Software Training Institutes, College Sales, Academic Partnerships, or Institutional Sales.
