Job Description (JD) – Senior Sales Manager

Position Summary

Vindhya Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive motorcycle sales, and deliver an exceptional premium customer experience. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, dealership sales experience, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining Harley-Davidson brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase retail and enquiry conversions.
- Drive sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, merchandise, and finance & insurance (F&I;) products.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure effective follow-up of enquiries and maximize conversion rates.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.




- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor team productivity.
- Identify training needs and coach team members on sales techniques and customer handling.

Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium buying experience for every customer.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Operations & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor dealership inventory and coordinate with management for stock planning.
- Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM.
- Ensure compliance with Harley-Davidson dealership processes and company policies.
