About Us

Xian Overseas is a 50+ year old HVAC company specializing in VRF Systems, Chillers, Ventilation, and Indoor Air Quality solutions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Executive who can help us build great teams and strong internal processes.

This is
not
a traditional HR role. You'll work directly with leadership and take ownership of recruitment, employee operations, payroll coordination, and HR systems.

What You'll Do: Not just HR but Overall Growth Prospect
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Prepare attendance, salary, overtime, and reimbursement calculations
- Maintain HRMS/ERP records
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives




- Build and improve HR processes and SOP's across departments
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Track Employees performance

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or HR Operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRMS/ERP is a plus
- Someone who takes ownership, is proactive, and enjoys solving problems
