Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our reputed wellness and skincare clinic. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Handle front desk operations, including client greetings and appointment scheduling.

Manage phone calls, inquiries, and client follow-ups in a professional manner.

Maintain client records and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

Assist clients with check-in/check-out and ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

Support clinic operations and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:





Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, data entry).

Professional appearance and polite behavior.

Prior experience in wellness, skincare, or hospitality will be an added advantage.

Must be open to signing a 2-year agreement with the company.

Duration: 7–10 Days (Unpaid)

Training Location: Chandigarh

Agreement Period: 2 Years

Salary: Starts after training (as per company norms)

Facilities During Training: Accommodation and meals provided by the company

Facilities Provided: Accommodation and meals during training.

Post-Training: Job location will be Mumbai.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
