Role Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with 10-15 yrs experience to own the architecture and delivery of scalable web and mobile platform features. The Lead will mentor the development team and drive technical decisions across the full stack.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Architect and deliver full stack features across web and mobile platforms

2. Lead a team of Full Stack Developers - code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring

3. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows Page 1 of 2

4. Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end features

5. Own backend API design and frontend implementation quality

6. Drive performance optimisation, scalability planning, and technical debt resolution

7. Participate in sprint planning,



estimation, and architectural decision-making

Ensure CI/CD pipeline integrity and deployment quality across environments

Key Technical/ Functional Competencies:

1. Springboot, Python RESTful APIs and GraphQL design (backend); React.js / Next.js (frontend);

2. Databases - PostgreSQL, MongoDB; cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure); Docker and Kubernetes

3. CI/CD pipelines, performance optimisation, microservices architecture, and code review leadership
