Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Business Analyst with a strong background in Treasury, Liquidity Risk management,



and product expertise in Collateral Loans and Securities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in IT integration projects, be adept at planning and tracking delivery, and possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

This role requires running working groups, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders, and presenting complex information to senior management. The role also requires robust Business Analysis capability: eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping end-to-end processes, defining target operating models, and translating business needs into clear deliverables for technology and change teams. Experience with Non-Financial Risk (NFR) and controls is essential.
