Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and provide solutions. • Handle SAP FICO module activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting (CCA). • Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and blueprinting to support SAP implementation and enhancements. • Work on integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. • Configure automatic payment processes, tax calculations, and financial reporting in SAP. • Provide end-user training and support post-implementation. • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues and work on continuous improvements. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. • Work with ABAP developers to define customizations and enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. • Solid knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration and customization. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. • Understanding of business processes in finance and controlling, including IFRS and GAAP. • Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and client interaction skills. • SAP certification in FICO (preferred). Nice to Have: 1. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects. 2. Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management). 3. Experience with data migration tools like LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs. 4. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
