Document Verification: Scrutinize and authenticate customer ID proofs, address proofs, and financial documents to prevent identity theft.Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Conduct thorough risk assessments on current and existing clients, including tracking Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to AML, KYC, and local regulatory guidelines (e.g., SEBI, RBI, or local financial authorities).System Updates: Input and modify client details into internal CRMs, trading systems, and Central KYC (CKYC) registries.
