The Chance:

We are seeking a high-caliber B2B Sales Leader to drive commercial growth across our Space & Defence portfolios.

This is not a software, IT, or service sales role.



You will be championing complex, capital-intensive engineering hardware, integrated subsystems, and high-precision manufacturing solutions.

Whether you come directly from Space & Defence or from allied sectors (Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery, Automation, Mechatronics, High-Precision Manufacturing, or Capital Equipment), you know how to navigate 12–24 month sales cycles, engage multi-stakeholder technical committees, and win high-value strategic contracts.

What You Will Own:

Strategic Business Expansion
- Position Azista’s satellite platforms, payloads, and defense systems as the go-to choice for Government agencies, Defence establishments, Tier-1 Defence OEMs, System Integrators, and global space operators.
- Target and convert high-value, multi-crore enterprise opportunities across both domestic (IN-SPACe, ISRO, MoD/Services, PSUs) and international markets.
