We are looking for an experienced
Procurement Manager
to lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, procurement planning, and supply chain operations for our pan-India projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for civil construction, sports infrastructure, and project materials.
- Manage end-to-end procurement from vendor identification to purchase order closure.
- Source materials including steel, cement, aggregates, lighting, fencing etc
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms,



delivery schedules, warranties, and contracts.
- Build and maintain a solid vendor network across India and overseas.
- Conduct vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Finance, and Stores to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement costs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval matrices.
- Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, lead time, vendor performance, and inventory turnover.
- Prepare procurement MIS and reports for Management.

Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. (Civil)
- 4+ years of procurement experience in Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Real Estate, or Sports Infrastructure.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, rate analysis, and contracts.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
