Purpose - To lead the EE&I; maintenance operations in the Division A of TBR plant, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, effective team management, process improvement, and high maintenance standards for all Mixers, Extruders & Calender, EBR machine, Profile Calenders

Roles & Responsibilities -

EE&I; Maintenance Leadership
- Take full charge of Mixers, Extruders & Calender maintenance activities.
- Lead and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Equipment Maintenance
- Hands‑on maintenance experience with:
- Mixers
- 4 Roll Calender
- Duplex Extruder
- Simplex Extruder
- Triplex Extruder
- EBR Machine
- Troubleshoot machine faults and eliminate breakdowns promptly.

Technical Expertise
- Siemens PLC Programming
- Drive Programming & knowledge of up to 1500KW Drives
- Servo drive programming/ Allen Bradely PLC Programming




- Servo drive/ Drives through knowledge Siemens 1500KW VFD+ ABB 1500KW VFD

System & Documentation
- Daily work management through TQM Methodology
- 5S Activities
- Knowledge of ISO standards and requirements
- Use SAP PM module for notifications, work orders, and closure.
- Maintain history cards, PM checklists, and maintenance documentation.

Process Reliability & Performance Improvement
- Implement technical problem‑solving tools to reduce downtime.
- Improve machine reliability and increase availability.
- Drive maintenance improvements aligned with production needs.

Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety procedures, LOTO, PPE usage, and equipment safety norms.
- Ensure compliance with engineering and audit requirements.
