Role & responsibilities
- Supervise the unloading of raw materials from incoming vehicles.
- Ensure proper verification of received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the Quality team for inspection and approval of incoming materials.
- Ensure correct handling, stacking, and storage of raw materials.
- Maintain inward registers, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock records.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor labour engaged in unloading activities and ensure efficient utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures.
- Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies in received materials.




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate is preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or raw material receiving operations within the FMCG or food processing industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and inward material processes.
- Ability to supervise labour and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
