Job Description

Owns the data, tracking, and reporting backbone of the partnerships function — certification

pipelines, deal registrations, MDF utilisation, and partner agreement status — and prepares

materials for internal and board reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update tracking of certifications, co-sell deal registrations, and MDF utilization across hyperscaler partners.
- Track strategic alliance, peer alliance, and enterprise partnership pipeline and milestone status in CRM/sheets.
- Prepare monthly steering committee packs and quarterly Board reporting materials.
- Monitor partner agreement renewal dates and flag upcoming deadlines.
- Support basic partner portal administration (AWS Partner Central, Azure/GCP equivalents) under guidance.





Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic data modeling.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data-hygiene tasks.
- Ability to synthesize data into explicit, presentation-ready slides (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
- Clear written communication for status updates and reporting summaries.

Nice-to-Have
- Prior exposure to a partner/alliance ecosystem, sales operations, or vendor management function.
- Familiarity with cloud partner programs (AWS Partner Central, Microsoft Partner Center) — not mandatory, trainable on the job.
