About The Role
We are looking for a Assistant Manager– Performance Marketing to join our Seller Growth team.

In this role, you will own and scale seller acquisition and activation through performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. You will focus on driving high-quality seller onboarding, improving activation rates, and optimizing CAC and payback periods.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experimentation-led thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.

What You Will Do
Seller Acquisition & Channel Ownership




- Own and scale seller acquisition across performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)
- Drive high-quality seller sign-ups with a focus on downstream activation and retention
- Optimize campaigns for cost-productive acquisition (CAC) while maintaining seller quality benchmarks

Funnel Optimization (Signup → Activation → First Success)
- Improve seller funnel metrics such as signup → KYC completion → catalog upload → first order
- Identify and reduce drop-offs across onboarding journeys
- Work closely with product and lifecycle teams to improve conversion rates

Experimentation & Growth
- Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel interventions
- Identify new growth levers such as regional expansion, category-specific acquisition, and vernacular targeting
