Role & Responsibilities

E-commerce Business Management
- Own end-to-end e-commerce operations to drive revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Monitor business KPIs including sales, conversion rate, AOV, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to improve commercial performance.

Website & Digital Merchandising
- Manage website merchandising, product collections, content, navigation, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure a premium customer shopping experience through effective digital merchandising.
- Coordinate with the technology team on website enhancements, UAT, releases, and platform improvements.

Product Catalog Management
- Ensure timely product launches with accurate product information, pricing, imagery, and inventory synchronization.
- Maintain catalog quality through regular audits and governance.
- Ensure accuracy of jewelry-specific attributes including certifications, BIS hallmark details, metal purity, product specifications, and descriptions.

Conversion Optimization & Analytics
- Analyze customer behavior using GA4,



Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools.
- Optimize product pages, customer journeys, and checkout experiences through data-driven insights and A/B testing.
- Improve conversion rates and reporting accuracy through continuous performance monitoring.

Customer Experience & Lead Management
- Oversee digital leads, customer support operations, and conversion management.
- Manage customer escalations related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Provide premium support to HNI customers and ensure exceptional service standards.

Customer Retention & Omnichannel Experience
- Drive retention initiatives through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and abandoned cart campaigns.
- Improve repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and engagement.
- Coordinate omnichannel experiences including click & collect, store appointments, and virtual consultations.
