What you’ll learn & experience:
• Gain hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Learn to manage communication between management, interns, colleges, and applicants across email, social media, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain college relations, and learn how to initiate sourcing and internship programs.
• Work on employer branding strategies using platforms like Quora, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, and understand how to attract top talent.
• Assist management while learning how to handle queries, assign tasks, and support day-to-day operations effectively.
• Prepare, review, and format professional correspondence, forms, and HR-related documents while understanding compliance and best practices.
Who can apply:
• Current students
• Good communication skills
• Able to devote 6 hours a day
• Not currently involved in any other internship, job, freelance, or similar opportunities
