? Ensure server security hardening and compliance with organizational standards.

Virtualization Hyper-Converged Infrastructure

? Administer Microsoft Hyper-V clusters.

? Manage Nutanix HCI infrastructure, including Prism Central and Prism Element.

? Perform VM provisioning, migration, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

? Ensure high availability and business continuity of virtual infrastructure.

Storage Administration

? Manage SAN and NAS storage infrastructure.

? Configure storage provisioning, zoning, LUN mapping, snapshots, and replication.

? Monitor storage capacity and optimize storage performance.

? Coordinate firmware upgrades and preventive maintenance.

Backup Disaster Recovery





? Administer Commvault Backup infrastructure.

? Monitor backup jobs and restore operations.

? Conduct backup validation and disaster recovery testing.

? Ensure backup compliance and recovery objectives are met.

Microsoft 365 Administration

? Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

? Manage user provisioning, licensing, security policies, Conditional Access, and MFA.

? Troubleshoot Microsoft 365-related issues.

Infrastructure Monitoring Performance

? Monitor enterprise infrastructure health and availability.

? Perform preventive maintenance and infrastructure optimization.

? Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning.

? Ensure production uptime and SLA compliance.

Incident Problem Management

? Provide L3 support for critical production incidents.

? Lead technical troubleshooting during major incidents
