We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, from active candidate sourcing to initial screening and interview scheduling. If you have solid communication skills and are eager to build a career in Human Resources, we would love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for potential candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social networks, and database searches.
- Resume Screening: Review inbound applications and screen incoming resumes against job requirements to select top-fit candidates.
- Pre-Interview Screening: Conduct brief initial phone/video screenings to assess candidate interest, key skills, availability, and alignment with company culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement:



Maintain clear and timely professional communication with applicants throughout the hiring pipeline (e.g., sending invites, providing status updates).
- Job Posting Management: Help draft and post job ads across relevant channels, career pages, and social media platforms.
- Database Maintenance: Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment trackers updated with real-time candidate details.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Sourcing Capability: Familiarity with professional platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, or basic Boolean search techniques is a big plus.
- Organization & Detail: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
