Job Title: MIS Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of generating accurate reports, and able to support management with data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
- Create dashboards, charts, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports as required.
- Maintain and update databases and records.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
- Provide management with timely business insights and ad hoc reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Charts, Power Query is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to handle large datasets and maintain data confidentiality.
- Knowledge of automation tools and reporting software is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered)

Salary: As per company standards / Based on experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
