Job Duties and Tasks
- Production Control: Check daily steel output, track material use, and meet set targets.
- Safety and Rules: Enforce safety gear use, run safety training, and follow environmental laws.
- Machine Care: Plan checks for heavy gear like furnaces, rolling mills, and conveyors to stop sudden breakdowns.
- Staff Management: Lead shift workers, assign daily tasks, and check worker output.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Production, or metallurgical engineering.
- Work Experience: 5 to 7 years working in a steel mill, metal processing, or heavy manufacturing plant.
- Key Skills: Knowledge of steel making processes, safety standards, and basic computer tools for tracking work.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
