Job Description

A leading Pens Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, documentation, transporter coordination and stock movement.

Candidates having dispatch experience in a pens, stationery, FMCG, warehouse or manufacturing company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily dispatch activities.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
- Supervise packing, loading and movement of finished goods.
- Verify product quantity, batch details and documentation before dispatch.




- Maintain daily dispatch registers and vehicle movement records.
- Coordinate with production, stores, sales, accounts and logistics teams.
- Track dispatched materials until delivery and follow up for proof of delivery.
- Maintain proper records of pending orders and completed dispatches.
- Ensure timely dispatch as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Handle transporter bills and freight-related documentation.
- Monitor finished-goods stock and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily and monthly dispatch MIS reports.
- Ensure safe loading and compliance with company dispatch procedures.
- Resolve dispatch shortages, damages and documentation-related issues.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse or supply-chain operations.
- Manufacturing-industry experience will be preferred.
- Experience in the pens or stationer
