Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners seeking Venture Capital funding. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, explaining our VC fundraising services, scheduling meetings, and maintaining regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to startup founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Explain Venture Capital funding services and the fundraising process.
- Understand the clients funding requirements and business stage.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development or Investment Team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Venture Capital, Startup Funding, or Financial Services (preferred).
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
- 03 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Lead Generation, Financial Services, or Startup Consulting.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
