Work Location: Work From Office

Shift Timings: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

Job Responsibilities
- Source and identify IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems.

Eligibility

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experienced US IT Recruiters with knowledge of the US staffing process are preferred.

Strong verbal and written English communication.

Ability to work in the US shift.
