Location: Pune, Shivajinagar

Job Role:
- Responsible for the overall revenue and profitability of the centre
- Drive student enrollments and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of academic counselors
- Oversee daily centre operations including batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and smooth centre functioning.

Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and management skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in the education / EdTech industry is mandatory.
- Preferred candidates with experience in selling qualified courses such as ACCA, CFA, CMA, CPA, CA, or similar finance/accounting programs.

Work Requirements
- Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. Weekly off on a week day.
- Six Days a week - 8.5 hours work shift (DAY SHIFT) - Timings will vary as per department and work requirement.
