We are looking for a motivated Sales & Field Marketing Executive to promote our rooftop solar power solutions, meet customers directly, generate leads, and support overall field marketing activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and interest in renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet customers at their location to explain solar solutions and company offerings.
- Conduct field marketing activities such as door-to-door visits, local campaigns, and spot promotions.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Visit residential & commercial sites for basic requirement assessment.
- Distribute marketing materials and collect customer data.
- Represent the company in local events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and installation teams.

Skills & Qualifications




- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel for field visits regularly.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of solar energy (training will be provided).
- Any qualification (Plus Two / Degree).
- Experience in field sales is an added advantage.
