Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil. This position focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including researching potential markets, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of residential construction projects. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting Architeca’s design-build services, preparing proposals,



and supporting contract negotiations. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align client requirements with project capabilities, maintain accurate records of business activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth. Regular follow-ups, market analysis, and participation in business events or client meetings are key components of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and support growth.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to build and nurture a sustainable client pipeline.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Ability to build client relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
