Founding GTM Lead Matrimonial Platform Launch (6-Month Contract)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) with travel across priority launch cities in India

Employment Type: Full-time | Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)

Reporting To: Founder & CEO

Conversion Prospect: High-performing candidates will be considered for a permanent Head of Growth / GTM role upon successful completion of the contract.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Founding GTM Lead who will work directly with the Founder to build and execute the go-to-market strategy for our launch in India.

This is not a corporate management role.

This is a 0-1 builder role where you will personally own growth initiatives, test ideas quickly, build acquisition channels, establish marketing systems, and create a repeatable growth engine before scaling.

If you enjoy launching products, solving difficult growth problems, analyzing data, and building from scratch, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and execute the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for the India launch.




- Define launch priorities across target cities, customer segments, and growth initiatives.
- Create and execute weekly GTM plans, growth experiments, and launch roadmaps.
- Partner closely with the Founder to shape product positioning, messaging, and market strategy.
- Build scalable GTM playbooks to support future expansion.

2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on the matrimonial, dating, and relationship technology landscape.
- Analyze competitors' positioning, pricing, customer journeys, and acquisition strategies.
- Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor industry trends and deliver strategic recommendations to drive growth.

3. User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Lead end-to-end user acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, App Campaigns, Organic Growth, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
