Role Overview

Rocket is seeking a Desktop System specialist in India. In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day business operations by performing a variety of office-based responsibilities, using computer systems, software applications, and collaboration tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

This position is primarily performed in an office setting at a desk or workstation and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. The role may involve regular communication with customers, team members, and business stakeholders through virtual or in-person meetings. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Use computer systems and software applications to complete assigned business tasks.
- Perform typing, data entry, reporting, document management, file maintenance, and related administrative or operational activities.
- Prepare, review, organize, and manage documents, reports, records,



or files as required by the role.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in virtual and/or in-person meetings to support team collaboration and business execution.
- Manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Operate standard office equipment and perform work primarily at a desk or workstation.
- Commute to the office as required, either occasionally or every scheduled workday depending on the role and business need.
- Perform other role-related duties as assigned.
