Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Travel involved within city sites)
Role Objective:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute highend interior spaces that reflect luxury, innovation, and cultural relevance, while aligning with brand identity and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onsite management of interior design projects and execution.
- Coordinate with reporting manager for feasibility studies and design briefs.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Produce detailed design concepts, proposals, mood and material boards.
- Source materials and products from local and international vendors.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and consultants (structural, faade, MEP, lighting, sustainability).
- Maintain working drawings and material library.
- Guide project management and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors in Interior Designing (Masters preferred).
- Degree in Architecture is a plus.
- 13-15 years of experience with reputed firms, minimum 5 years in luxury segment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling & rendering software (SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, VRay, Adobe Suite).
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage highend projects.
