About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the civil or construction industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience selling civil, construction, or building material products and should possess a strong understanding of the construction ecosystem, including contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and project developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell the company's civil/construction-related products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and convert them into sales opportunities.




- Conduct product presentations and client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Civil, Construction, Building Materials, Infrastructure, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction products and the civil sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
