Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Taxation Executive to support our finance and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in income tax return preparation, audit support, and certificate preparation, along with a broad understanding of accounting and statutory compliance processes. This role is well-suited for candidates from an audit or taxation background who wish to gain diverse exposure across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation & Compliance:
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Assist in tax computation, TDS reconciliation, and ancillary work.
- Support in ensuring timely compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Audit Support:
- Assist in statutory, tax audits, including preparation of working papers, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to resolve queries and facilitate audit completion.

Certifications & Documentation:
- Preparation of various financial certificates, reports,



and supporting documentation as required by management or regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper records, supporting documents, and ensure adherence to internal control standards.

General Accounting & Reporting:
- Perform routine accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

Administrative & Cross-functional Support:
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments for information exchange and compliance requirements.
- Provide assistance in other finance and administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field; semi-qualified CA preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or audit, preferably from a CA or audit firm.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally,
