HopeStone is looking for a
Special Educator
to lead our
Language & Literacy Programme
for children in our Learning Readiness group

What you'll do:
- Lead and implement the Language & Literacy curriculum for the Learning Readiness programme.
- Plan individualized learning goals based on each child's strengths and needs.
- Design lesson plans that integrate reading, writing, speaking, listening, vocabulary, comprehension, phonological awareness and early grammar.
- Adapt curriculum for children with varying learning profiles and communication needs.
- Track student progress and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.
- Partner with families to support each child's learning journey.

- Enjoys creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Is proactive, organised and committed to continuous learning.
- Thrives in a cooperative, child-centred environment.
- Has a degree in Special Education (RCI registration preferred).
- Has at least
1 year of experience
working with neurodivergent children.
- Is creative, collaborative, and believes every child can learn.
- Enjoys using stories, play, movement, and hands-on learning to teach language.
