Job Summary

This role focuses on proactive prospecting, lead qualification, customer engagement, follow-ups, and appointment setting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate new B2B leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, trade directories, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Identify decision-makers such as Procurement Managers, Purchase Heads, R&D; Managers, Quality Managers, and Business Heads.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Outreach
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Send personalized emails introducing the company's products and capabilities.
- Engage prospects through LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business potential, product fit, and buying intent.

Meeting & Opportunity Management




- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development Manager.
- Coordinate online meetings, customer visits, and technical presentations.
- Ensure complete handover of prospect information to the sales team.

Sample & Follow-up Management
- Coordinate sample requests with internal departments.
- Follow up with customers regarding sample evaluation and feedback.
- Track sample approvals and progress toward commercial discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the prospect progresses.

CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with all customer interactions, meeting notes, follow-ups, quotations, and opportunity status.
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity reports.
- Track customer communication history and next actions.
- Generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
