Kata Prime Solutions is a U.S.-based staffing and recruiting firm supporting companies with professional, technical, engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, administrative, and skilled-trade talent.

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help identify potential clients, build our sales pipeline, and schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers across the United States.

Responsibilities
- Research companies that may use staffing and recruiting services
- Identify HR leaders, Talent Acquisition professionals, Procurement leaders, and Hiring Managers
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Introduce Kata Prime Solutions and communicate our staffing capabilities
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the CEO
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM




- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Meet weekly outreach and meeting goals
- Provide regular updates on activity, responses, and opportunities

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales development, lead generation, or business development experience
- Previous experience supporting the U.S. staffing or recruiting industry
- Experience communicating with U.S.-based companies
- Robust spoken and written English
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting high-volume outreach
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote-work environment
- Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling staffing, recruiting, HR, or other B2B services
- Familiarity with CEIPAL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Bullh
