Key Responsibilities




Reception and Client Experience
- Welcome every client to the salon, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Assist with managing appointment bookings through our online booking portal and by telephone.
- Support therapists and stylists throughout the day, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional treatments.
- Handle client queries and concerns professionally, empathetically, and with a positive attitude.

Store Management
- Maintain the salon to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
- Monitor and replenish product stock levels, place orders, and ensure retail displays remain fully stocked and well presented.
- Process customer retail orders and assist with product-related enquiries in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
- Carry out day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the salon runs smoothly.
- Manage and develop the Allbeauty Salon
