Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and personnel documentation for staff at AbsoJob’s Indore location. This full time, on-site role involves administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and supporting performance management processes.



The specialist will assist in resolving employee queries, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment activities, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to HR reports and analytics to improve workforce planning.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with hands-on experience in core HR functions.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation and communication to employees.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
- Understanding of local labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to HR operations in Indore and within India.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to
