Experience: 2–3 years in writing for social media (agency or brand-side). A portfolio of published social copy or personal creator channels is a must.

Working Time: 10am to 7pm

Role & Responsibilities:

You will work on written content and daily audience interaction across our client portfolio. Half your day will be spent crafting thumb-stopping hooks, scripts, and captions. The other half will be spent conversing with followers, jumping on internet trends, and keeping our communities buzzing.

Core Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Copywriting:



Write high-converting social copy, including Instagram captions, LinkedIn thought leadership pieces, text-heavy carousel copy, and snappy video scripts for Reels/Shorts.
- Active Community Management: Manage daily engagement across platforms. Respond to comments, answer DMs with personality, and proactively engage with relevant industry accounts to boost visibility.
- Trend Spotting: Monitor social platforms daily to spot emerging audio trends, memes, and cultural moments. Work with our multimedia creators to turn them into relevant brand content within hours.
- Pulse Reporting: Synthesize community feedback. Tell the strategy team what the audience is asking for, what they hate, and what they want to see next.
