Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across various technologies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Use ATS and recruitment tools to track candidates.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.

Required Skills
- Experience in IT Recruitment.




- Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
- Knowledge of Boolean Search and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, QA, SAP, or Salesforce roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 year to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
