Accountabilities




The Senior Clinical Sales Executive will be responsible for accelerating clinical adoption, supporting customer success, and driving commercial growth within the assigned territory.
- Partner with clinical and sales teams to develop strategies that increase utilization of robotic-assisted surgical technologies.
- Build strong expertise across key surgical specialties to support healthcare teams in adopting and expanding advanced surgical programs.
- Support regional sales objectives by identifying opportunities, increasing procedure volumes, and strengthening customer relationships.
- Organize and participate in sales and marketing initiatives that improve product awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
- Train operating room staff and surgical teams on system management, including preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative processes.
