Job Description

Catalyst Education is seeking an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate admissions, and build strong relationships with prospective students and parents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course features, fees,



and admission procedures clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
